Highly recommend James Cress Florist!! During our first meeting we told them what we were looking for, but when they showed me an example of the centerpieces, it was just too big for my liking. I told them & right away they fixed it up to what we wanted & it was absolute perfection. Mine & my bridesmaids’ bouquets were beautiful as well. They are very responsive & easy to work with from start to finish. On our wedding day, we had flowers delivered to the church, the hotel we were getting ready at & the venue.. and there were no issues with the deliveries, which I appreciated very much. I just moved to Mount Sinai. I had to order flowers for my best friends 50th anniversary. I met with Caroline. She was absolutely wonderful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I’ve always used James crest throughout all there locations moves and they have always delivered on quality customer service. I recently had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and I must say that I am impressed with how much he does care for the happiness of his customers and the quality of the service he and his business can provide. He was completely understanding of the situation and offered to correct it. I can honestly appreciate that kind of attention to his customers. Was given a full refund and definitely changed the way I saw this incident ending. I do honestly recommend there services and they do offer beautiful arrangements. Thank you for everything-

"horrible customer service, i placed an online order from them at 8:30 In the morning (on valentine's day) and asked if it could be delivered before 5pm. i have been calling the stores both smithtown and port jefferson all day and no one answers i have also emailed there contact information. "

Thank you so much for such a beautiful tribute to my Father Herbert C. Petersen. My father served in the Terryville Volunteer Fire Department for 55 years thus receiving a full honor burial. His casket adorned with beautiful bursts of color too celebrate his life in a spray surrounding his Fire helmet. They were absolutely stunning, a bit breath taking when the Color Guard, Chaplin and brothers came to pay their respects to their dear friend and mentor. My Aunt and I sincerely thank you for your artistry and love of craft that made these flowers so special in what is inevitably is a difficult time.
